We serve our clients through executive search for board members, CEOs, business management, and members of leadership teams, as well as recruitment for middle management and senior experts. Our assessment professionals are psychologists who conduct leadership assessments, leadership development projects, supervisor training, potential evaluations, and workplace community studies.

Momentous is a partner in the international executive search firm Friisberg & Partners International, which has a particularly strong presence in Europe (27 offices in the EU area).
Together with Friisberg partners, we carry out international recruitments, complemented by the relocation services of the Barona community when needed.
Our offices are located in Kaisaniemi (Kaisaniemenkatu 1 C, 00100 Helsinki) and Tripla (Pasilan Asema-aukio 1, 00520 Helsinki). In addition, we are available at Barona offices throughout Finland.
