We are also available to you after the top candidates' meeting if it proves difficult to choose between the shortlisted candidates.

A psychological assessment and interviews with referees nominated by the candidate offer objectivity, diversify and complete the view of the candidate and verify their suitability for the position. The assessment also provides a basis for the candidate's induction and supports the future supervisor’s managerial work.
